The Association is still "free" to join. The only difference is now we are going to have a "Premium Membership". What that means is for "Premium Members you will receive:

* Membership Card

* Certificate of Membership

* Quarterly Newsletter (you can edit with the appropriate information for your business and use it for your customers)

The "fees" collected for the Premium Membership will be used for maintaining the site, printing what you receive, advertising to consumers, and also to start a yearly scholarship fund for those students who will be pursuing a career in the Information Technology field. With the scholarship fund you can use the materials in your community schools.

As most of you have already noticed we now have a new site. I'd like to personally thank those involved in making it a huge success. The new site is a Joomla portal with all kinds of modules and extras thrown in. As you can see we have forums, chat, a blog and some other extras. If you think something else needs to be added in order to suit your needs please let us know.
